Hillside Pastured Farm is a family-owned, free range farm operated by Daniel and Christine Relyea. Set near Wirrimah in NSW, the farm is operated using principles established by Joel Salatin (Polyface farmShenandoah Valley, Virginia), with vertically stacked operations where the poultry are housed in chicken "tractors" and are moved every day to new pasture (following the cattle's rotation through the pasture).

The poultry are processed in an on-site abattoir, reducing the stress for the animals by removing the need for transport to a distant abattoir. The abattoir is based on a shipping container setup, and is one of the only small scale abattoirs in NSW.

In addition to the chickens that we source from Hillside Pastured Farm, they also produce beef and pork.
